Tuesday 11th April 1917
Dear diary,
It was 5:30am in the morning. I have not got up the early before... I woke up to a tap on my shoulder, i slowly opened my dry, whithered eyes to see a soldier standing over me. He whispered "I am so sorry to tell you but your friend mark has died due to a gas attack." I was silent."Approx 10 men died"I didn't say anything but i felt a tear in my eye.
BANG!!! A man shouted "Quick boys duck! A gas attack has landed, get your gas masks QUICK!! I whispered to myself "Im not gonna die, im not gonna die.
I may write more depending on the views (:
