Zoe, I believe you need to give the prize you told everyone you were giving. Telling everyone that you'll give out another prize instead is a bit rude cosidering people worked hard on their entries. You decided to host the contest with that prize and changing it because there is not enough entries, when there is plenty, is not nessasary.
