So basically all it is is you draw a picture of Peeta and Katniss together and color the scene, and you might have a chance of winning bunny!

i have a question: Can we edit pictures from the internet? cause i'm terrible at drawing...
if you allow us to edit pictures from the internet, its not like i would just add text and special effects...

it would be best for a drawing but i guess you can do a computer graphic on gimp or paint.
