My Opinion:

I think Vwhelp really needs to step up a lot. I am not trying to put them down because I know they try there best. Like seriously I sent them an e-mail over a week and I thought it was a pretty important topic and I sent it nicely and I thought I was polite and they didn't even reply even saying they sent it to the department concerned.. Now with all of the hacking I know they are busy but I think someone has the time to answer the e-mails that really do matter. Also I sent an e-mail about two months ago about a code that wasn't working and she wouldn't even respond but after I sent Maxine an e-mail about and how she didn't reply because she thought I was her " sister " or something and she didn't reply and then I got the code to work after like two months but I thought that was a really silly situation that took so long. I am super sorry if not everyone agrees with this topic but they really need to step it up in my opinion.

I totally agree with you that's very silly for them to get a simple code to work in like 2 monthes but they are probably dealing with other situations that might be more important than this one. My situation with vwhelp would be when I lost my eft to this girl and I couldn't get it back. So I emailed vwhelp and they got it back in like one day . They might of had more important situations to deal with and there could be so many people emailed vwhelp to fix something. In my opinion I really don't find vwhelp bad because they helped me in like one day but for your situation I am pretty disappointed at vwhelp.

Okay, my time to do more raging.

I know that they are busy and all but they should still help us out a bit.
I've been waiting since December to get my items back.
They gave me my hackers name but didn't give me back the items.
Are they expecting me to go up to the hacker and ask for my items back?
1. That is their job to give me back my items not mine.
2. The hacker blocked me.
They should recruit new people.
At the Babws in real, idk about you guys but at least 5 workers stand at the door, not doing anything.
Put those people on the vwhelp team.
They should have one group of vwhelpers for people who got hacked, another for comments, etc.
I'm really upset for not getting my items back.
I worked so hard to get those items, and I know you guys know that.
I contacted Maxine as well but she never replied.

Overall, they need a new system and I really want my items back.

i doubt that they could use actually babw workers and put them as a vwhelp person since i'm sure it's not on their resume and they're not trained for it.

anyway, i don't mind vwhelp at all. i haven't had any bad experiences with them other than the fact when i was trying to get codes for bears i bought in europe that came with no codes, it took me about five months of trying and i didn't get anything sooo...

Well in 2012 and lower, they were really responsible, helpful and quick after you sent a report or complaint or whatever.
But in recent times they have become increasingly bad at replying quickly and just downright unreliable...:/

Ok, so i had been tricked before and i lost a bbl and some bvo, well i report them, get my stuff back and they are worth 0 bb. So i checked the tricker's inventory and they had my stuff that was worth the bb. So i only got a COPY and they still get to keep what the stole. I mean, I'm glad i got my stuff back, but the tricker still has rare that they didn't earn. They should really work on removing the stolen items and giving them back to the rightful owner, maybe this is why people trick, because they get their rare no matter what.

I think they could improve in response time. I know most people get a reply in a few days, but some people have been waiting weeks and even months lately.

They also don't always help with hackings and scammings, so there is improvement to be made there, as well.

I do like that they try though, instead of just telling us "oh well, that was your fault". Razz

Sadie I agree with you.
 But we also need to remember Maxine quit. And there is a new CEO. So maybe there working out who is on the team and hiring more people or maybe sacking people.
But I have sent vwhelp the same code twice in the last 3 months and it still has not been fixed.
So I do think they need more people but we also need to think about other concerns and conditions.

i agree, i think their responding time should be quicker depending on the situation. if you have a small issue, i think you'll be able to wait at least a few days and maybe a week or so, but if you've been hacked, they should respond and try to fix the solution faster.
