I emailed vwhelp@buildabear.com this morning at about 9 am.
Although, I'm not sure if I emailed the right help email...

My email was about the June balloon ride.

I'm signed up for the Stuff Fur Stuff, but I didn't get the balloon ride today for my birthday in the month of June.

So, I decided to email them about it.

I haven't got a reply and its 6 pm...

Does that email help for my kind of problem? Or did I message the wrong people?

Or do I have to wait a little longer? This is the first time I've emailed them before, so I'm not sure.
