Not very happy with VWhelp.....

Ok long story short, but I sent them a e-mail yesterday about how I got invalid codes and they said " We can't send you back any information on the account because this is not the e-mail your account is registered on" ( banged my head on desk) I changed it three times!!!!! I know they are keeping my safety and I love that!! That is always the e-mail I send my problems on and I wanted to know does this happen to you?

It doesn't happen to me, but that's weird. I don't think it's happening to anyone else!

This happened to me before, but eventually i figured out the FIRST email that i put into the account when i registered. Try remembering it! Or check all your email accounts, parents, etc.

I first registered on my mom's account and then I changed it to my e-mail 3 times!!!

Change it back to your paren'ts account and email them c:
