vwhelp has gotten worse and worse i remember when they would reply a day or two after you wrote and now you are lucky after a month

I emailed them before about losing something and they wouldn't reply so i finally decided to email maxine and tell her and she reported it

I agree with everyone. vwhelp is just getting worse. I'm really tired of them.

They are SO unprofessional. I reported this person for tricking me on Bearville (weeks ago) and they never once responded! According to my friends, this person tricks people all the time
