Hello Lillian, I believe this item was from the Pawlette Coufur Boutique a while back Smile I have the same top in light blue! Since it is a fairly old item, and not sold anymore, it might be rare...i'm not completely sure though Smile

As all old pawlette is not very rare but bbls and some other stuff is rare so you might want to ask around Smile.
