I think 1 if its a really rare color..., you could probably get any color. You could maybe get 2 if the colors are common or unwanted. I think 3 is too much overall.

2 BBLS; If they are defaults/common
3 BBLS; Unlikely, but if the person is desperate this could happen

I would say one rare colored bbl + something small like (red panda ears) or heart print tees/efts
Or maybe 2 defaults , but I would say your lucky to get two xD
