Book 1; The unexpected fantasy.

Introduction:
A young curious girl named Starlet finds herself locked in on a rainy day, but it turns out it wasn't as boring as she thought it would be...
Chapter 1
As I looked out of the clear, glass window, hoping the heavy rain would stop. Nobody's home yet grandma, and shes reading that old, soggy newspaper... There IS nothing to do. The silent pattering of foot steps took over me, yet I knew it was just my imagination. " Patter, patter. . ." There it was again, as I got up slowly and calmly, my foot hit something solid. As I screamed with pain, I looked down to see the most innocent creature ever.

I love reading stories! This sounds really good so far, it really made me visualize the entire scene, your word choices were excellent also, I just love reading haha. Can't wait to read more!

Just a little more for now.
It was my puppy, it decided to run, as I have nothing to do, I followed. It went into this big huge hole, i followed.
