Technically its fair, but if I was you I wouldn't.
White bbl's are very unrare, as they look the same as any white cap. Nobody really wants, I know personally I wouldn't even trade like a smll psi for it. If you find it pretty, go for it! As rarity wise its more fair for you, but wantedness it more fair for the other personc:

white bbls are super hard to trade because they are very unwanted and not rare (i've had personal experience (with amber haha))
