Where is the trading section?

I was gonna post a trading offer, but I couldn't find the section. I haven't been on in a while, what's going on?

Last week the staff decided that you have to be a "Trading Teddy" to get in the Trading Section so all you have to do is sign up on the thread!

just search " Trading Teddy" and it should come up
