I have a contest! It is the Hunger Games drawing contest, it is like my previous one but with a bit of a change. That means no sketches. I will explain in the directions in a bit. Now time for explaining Prizes.
1st place: Green Amethyst Fairy Dress and Pink Dino Bag, with a love bug outfit.
Seconds place, 2,000 bearbills with pink embroided capri top
3rd- 1,000 bearbills
4th, 500 bearbills
5th 100 bearbills

DIRECTIONS
You must draw a thing related to, or in the Hunger Games, you can google Hunger Games and have it come up with many things. It has to have COLOR. No sketches. With a quote of some sort ex: "Im Not Beautiful. Im not Pretty. Im just as RADIANT as the sun." (No use of examples.) Come up with your OWN idea, If you copy someones (if they tell you their idea and say don't copy mine) You are automatically disqualified. Lets say you and someone else had the same idea and didnt tell each other the idea, you are allowed to do that. If you tell a person your idea, and say they are allowed to use it, then you may. I suggest DONT TELL ANYONE your idea.
