Last Letter Bearville Item!

Lol I couldn't think of a title for this game, but anyways, this is how you play:
You have to say any item which first letter starts with the last letter of another item someone else said. For example:
Sydney: Lightbulb Hat
There is a T at the end, so you have to think of a bearville item with the letter T in the beginning
Savannah: Tiger outfit
If it's a 2 word word, (LOL) like Grand Tiara, the 2nd or 1st word in it can count as 1 of the 1st letters. For example, if the last letter is T it can be Grand Tiara
Starting Item:
Slumber Kitty Ears
