Is this fair? It isnt an open certificate because they dont do them anymore but it is for the new polar bear! i get a ton from my friend who is obsessed with bab but doesnt play buildabearville

well, I don't think its fair for grand, but maybe another rare item, like some embroidereds or anotjer ra epsi

i agree with miranda, I dont think its fair for a gran tiara, because to get the grand tiara you needed to buy the 4 gem bears that they dont have any more...maybe for rare outfits or rare psis
