Well i saw on the chibis rule thread that the rules have to go through an admin and since that one obviously hasn't gone through an admin then it shouldn't really be a rule. Caryn and Melanie didn't know about it and therefore shouldn't be a rule. i'm not trying to be mean to Liz about making the rule but i don't think its fair to make a rule when you haven't got it accepted by an Admin.

I don't think its a rule either. I really want to put up on my signature a picture of a chibi person i drew but idk... should i? (btw its katniss lol random)
