Well, The nearest BV is about an hour away from me and I NEVER go in it anyway. I meant like the classic way,

I would just say collect psi's of all sorts and then post a trading thread with all the psi's and people will offer kinda rare stuff for the rare psi and then work your way up from their. Also enter in contests that have rare prize. One other thing is to never give up hope that you won't get rare!! Hope I helped some!
