My friend has the heart necklace(the rare one)and she is wondering and so am I is it the rarest thing on bearville because people afre saying that....

Depends, does it have sparkles? If it does have sparkles then that means that is is a manager item and it is superrrr rare 
if it doesn't, then it's still rare, but not as rare as the manager item

It doesn't have sparkles, it's the necklace that the bumble bee on top of screen has on and the girl with the bbl cap too
