Is rainbow glasses, elf hat, elf ears, black cat hat, or shamrock hat rare?

Not really . . . the black cat hat and rainbow glasses are former fountain items. Elf hat and ears are Christmas items, so they'd be about on par with the holiday furniture. I think the shamrock hat might be a PSI, but there's a few that meet that description so it could go either way.
