They look like a PSI from a leopard printed animal. I've seen it quite a few times in some inventories so maybe it'd be a 6/10 7/10

It's actually a reward for reading this month's edition of the Paws Fur Nature magazine. As of right now, these shoes are pretty common, and thus, are not considered rare just yet. The PSI for the new leopard bear is a hat.
