TRADING GRAND TIARA BEAR ~ (Part of the Set!!)

Hey everyone!
I am trading one of the Gem of a Friend Bears, Bearilliant Blue Teddy that are part of the grand tiara (get all four, and you are rewarded with grand)! These bears are not very easy to get, so this would a great start for grand! Anyway, I am looking a for good offer! This includes bear, a tiara psi, Bearbills, and a house. This bear was last sold in 2008. Looking for any rare.
