HELP HELP HELP!!!!

Guys!! Help!! Granthearts tricked my gem ballet flats out of me!!
First we traded, we were doin a double trade and I gave her 3 items for bbl.
she said she wanted another item and that she would give me the bbl after, I waited about 5 minutes so I got really scared and reported her, then I whispered her I reported you and she traded me again, when we traded the shoes werent there so she said she'd give me them when we'd trade again and I got nerdy and pink dino back but when we traded again she said only if I gave her the one shirt i didnt want to trade that she'd give me my shoes back!!!!
