How can i make a video?

how can i make a video on babv? is it a special program or do i need to just take it with my phone? thanks!

Well there are lots of programs, Windows Movie Maker was the first editor I used, but it doesn't have the best effects c;
The best program is probably Sony Vegas, but it might be a bit advanced. I found a program like Sony Vegas, there's lots of different kinds of editors (: Also in my signature I have a video that I made, that's how Sony Vegas videos could come out like c; But I'm not the best editor lool xD
