It is rare, more rare than kitty mask! I think if you added a little something rare, it would be fair for a regular colored bbl cap. Not quite rare enough for a bbl alone, though, sadly. It is definitely rare though!

it's rare and definitely do not trade it for kitty mask or anything small LOL not sure how rare it is though, i just know it's rare
