Why do some "Dynamic tshirts" Flash?

It's so weird, the shirts flash different designs and the shirt is gray. It flashes really fast and i have no idea where it's from. Anyone know where and why they flash?

I know I could've told you this face to face since I'm in your room o-o but that girl who gave it to me said it was from 2 years ago. It's worth 0 bearbills and the normal ones are like 150. So idk..

It's a glitch. In the mall where you can make your own shirts, accessories, etc, if you click loads of options really fast it just completely glitches and there you go! One messed up shirt! xDD

Oh yeah those are new tees, there some wifi ones that tell u when a wifi zone is near, also flashing ur name tees etc.
they have a tiny lil thing in their pattern that makes the tee flash
