I just wanted to tell you guys that and ask for any tips... i think i hit it on the bed post last night while i was sleeping.. i wanted to ask for tips and stuff to make me feel better cause i feel really bad about it right now it hurts like crazy!!!

I think you should tell your mom or dad and if it starts to get worse ask them if they can schedule an appointment to see your doctor. Cause if you broke it then you're gonna need to get an x-ray or it might not heal correctly.

put ice or heat on it and if it isn't any better tomorrow, ask your mom or dad to schedule an appt. to get it checked out. hope i helped!

Put ice on it, and alternate, 20 minutes with, and 20 minutes without. Also try to forget about it, i know this is hard, but when you are not focusing on the pain, it starts to feel less

thanks amy, and my mom says that we aren't going to go to the doctor because she already knows that it isn't broken because she can tell by the way its not black and blue... so i guess its not broken but it is probably bruised. i will do that amy, (: thanks for the advice!! more advice please?

hmm... rest your elbow...if you have some ointment for bruises, you should put some on...hope this helps!
