Ok, now we will meet everyday fr=or 15-40 minutes, at the gymnist part of the sportsplex, we will have to wear special clothing, i will buy. start to fill out the form and join our club! (YOU DONT HAVE TO BE ON FOR EVERY PRACTICE) sorry for caps

I have a little bit of a competition tomorrow at 12:00 est ... I am going to have a routine off, at the gym each girl/boy will make a routine using the equipment located at the gym. and we will score each person's routine, this will not be held in the chat box, it will be held on this thread. (: this is just practice make sure everyone is there and in there uniform! the den will be star at the sportsplex (:

Now there is a few things you need to know before you go into the competition...
1. you need to wear your uniform
2. you need to make sure you say your bearville name and competition number ( i will give you when you register, on this thread)
3. make sure you powder your hands in the bowl before you attempt any rope or rings act!!!!!
4. you may use moves but they must be realated to gymnastics.
5. this competition may lead you to the bearville olympics!!!!
6. Make sure you use at least 1-2 minutes in your routine
7. don't be discouraged if i give you tips, that could mean you could get into the bearville olympics!
8. bring comfortable clothes with a sweat jacket, and yoga pants, with maybe a headband
9. Make sure, you are fully prepared!!!
10. Strech and make sure you feel good before you go into the arena.
11. come inside and sit on the bench and i will tell you where to sit.
12. this is in the Gym Arena in the sportsplex.
13. feel comfortable and tell me if you aren't ready to perform because i will switch your time with someone else's
