aww thanks guys and ROFL! eden xD i made it with phixr then saved it and then used gimp to get the background shadow and write my signature for the hello kitty one. for the stamp one i just found an easier way. open up an empty stamp on gimp then open layers for a layered picture then just put the layered pic on top of the stamp 
sometimes it may come out a bit fuzzy but i think you can fix that 
then just write some letteres on the stamp (like how i wrote a fake adress) and BAM! your done 
i also figured out how to save your gimp files as JP or PNG
