no i don't think so because red dino can get furry and embroideds and bbl can get more but i love new york psi is sorta fair (well for you it's really fair) for mouse ears 
SO instead of asking for dino shoes you could get furry instead because i'm pretty suree furry is more rare then red dino shoes (pretty sure)

its more fair for the other person...like youre giving them a bbl cap with a rare color...so i would suggest asking for a different psi other than the spikey shoes...the mouse ears are ok
