I think what you have to do is..
Take c [5/6] for example
Put it on the line
where the Five is, But 3 along?
I think the lines mean 2... xD
Ask your teacher if you are unsure c:

That is SOOOO easy
The big number means its a whole number, so look for that number on the scale. Then the fraction (such as 4/6) ...Count the fourth line after the big number line and thats your answer.
