don't really think so because nerdy glasses were an old pawlette item [correct me if I'm wrong] and large purple tiara just isn't equivalent to nerdy glasses. I'm not even sure the grand tiara is...

A grand tiara is worth quite a bit more than nerdy. Grand tiaras are more scarce and you had to bring 4 different bears to life online in order to receive one.
I think you would need to add to the large purple tiara. Most times I see nerdy being traded for EFTs or scout sashes or the like.
