It's the file type you're saving it in. Check Fleur's thread about the GIMP thingy (forgot what it's called) but it's explained there

Anyway to upload stuff to here you can use Tinypic or Imgur and use the code with the :
You just create your graphic then create the shape you want the button, invert and clear.
