Omg I'm sorry! But don't be too sad, VWhelp will get your items back. (they got mine back 3 times) If they got mine back 3 times, I'm sure they can get yours back. It may take a few weeks to get your items back, maybe a few days, but it's better than never having them again! If they don't reply quickly, don't give up hope, they probably have tons of emails about problems on BV. I know it will all be okay soon! I love you
