Rude BV People

So, tonight (or last night, I guess) this incredibly rude boy, JimmyHug5, came up to me out of NOWHERE while I was cosplaying (which is dressing up like a character from something, if you didn't know) and criticized my clothing. When I told him it was a cosplay, he didn't even listen and went on to tell me I had "issues". I'm sorry, but what?
Then my friend decided to stick up for me and was told that she didn't have a life because he apparently had grand and she didn't. To make this even clearer, this is a girl who doesn't even like trading and turned down someone's offer of grand for her EFT because she liked the color. She was also told she had "issues".
And then he called my other friend (who wasn't even online) a word that I'm not going to say on here, but let's just say that it starts with R and is used to describe mentally challenged people.
This isn't a "victim" or "boo hoo" post. This is just me trying to spread the word about how rude and obnoxious some people can be. I honestly don't care when random people come up to me like that, but I don't like them being able to get away with that. Please report JimmyHug5 if you see him and/or if he does something like that to you.
EDIT: Excuse me, but how is rudeness supposed to be funny? Is there something wrong with your sense of humor?
