Well this post it is greek meatballs and pizza bread also with a dipping sauce.
Well first for the pizza bread:
you will need: 2 packages of yeast (dry), 2 cups of warm/hot water, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon salt. Mix the ingredients add enough bread flour to make a ball let dough rise and cut in half. flatten dough into greased pan sprinkle with parm. cheese, garlic powder, and italian seasoning and olive oil. bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or golden brown.

Greek meatballs:
1 pound of ground beef, 1/2 cup of fresh parsley chopped, 1 egg 1/4 cup of bread crumbs, 1 garlic clove minced 1 teaspoon salt, a pinch of ground black pepper.
after mixing the above ingridients form meatballs and place in dish, then place in oven for 20-30 minutes and 350 degrees. cool meatballs and drain fat on a paper towel.
Creamy greek meatballs sauce:
3/4 plain lowfat yogurt. 1/2 minced garlic clove, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of fresh mint leaves, 1 cup feta cheese (optional) 1/3 cup grated cucumber and chopped tomato. Blend everything, and then stir, and then serve with meatballs! then you have a delicous dinner!
